Summary
The ISET Kairouan was set up under the law number 981-2000. The Institute has a training system made up of:

a- Basic training:
It comprises five branches:
- Administration and communication: This branch involves three specialties : assistant of direction, assistant of quality and assistant of management of information,
-  Management of information: It includes two specialties: Micro edition and Hyper media and Organization of Enterprises,
- Industrial upgrading.
- Judiciary Techniques: It has two specialties: Law of Enterprises and Judicial Studies.
- Carpeting.
Note down that the over all training takes five semesters. At the end of each of the first four semesters, the student is expected to under go a training period in an enterprise during one month and the fifth semester is entirely devoted for a project of final studies. Here the trainee is supposed to elaborate a subject proposed by his tutor and he will be supported by this latter along side his training period.
It is important to mention that the student, along side his learning period during the four semesters, must sit for written and oral tests and a final examination at the end of each semester.

b- Special Training:
There are 3 cycles of training which take place under the supervision of national fund of employment 21 / 21 for those who have a maitrise (production and data processing net )
And one for those who have baccalaureate level (Maintenance of data-processing equipments)

c- Sociocultural activities:
The activities cover 11 cultural, sporting and scientific clubs.
The nursery of enterprises has a capacity of welcoming 7 promoters. It represents of a half-way between the training system and the socio-economic environment.
The perspectives offered to the degreed trainees are: proceeding courses, professional insertion and setting up enterprises.
